30 day return policy

We want you to shop with confidence at Jeslia, so we offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it in its original unused condition if you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.

Returns and Exchanges

1. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.
2. The return period must not exceed 30 days from the date of receipt of the original order.
3. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and not resized or altered in any way.
4. When returning or exchanging an item, the customer must use a shipping method with tracking. Returns without tracking will not be processed.
5. Upon return, any promotional gifts received must be returned with the returned merchandise. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
6. For exchanges or resizing, if your location is a remote area, you may be responsible for remote area charges due to geographic restrictions. We will notify you of any applicable charges in advance so that you can make an informed decision.
NOTE: Please do not send returns to the address on the package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.


 
Non-refundable items

1. Final sale items cannot be refunded, exchanged or resized.
2. “Design Your Own” items, i.e., gemstone color, metal, chain length, etc. based on your personal preference, are non-refundable. In case of exchange, Jeslia will charge a restocking fee of 35% of the selling price of the item.
3. Personalized items with “engravings” and “photos”, such as rings, necklaces and bracelets, are non-refundable. When replacing personalized items, Jeslia will charge a 35% restocking fee of the selling price of the item.
4. Specials are defined as items with altered plating and gemstone colors, items purchased as part of a complete set, and jewelry with personalized engraving, all of which are non-refundable. However, Jeslia will charge a restocking fee of 35% of the selling price of the item to replace it with a different design.
5. Custom-sized rings are non-refundable. (Custom sizes are an additional $20).
6. Items without jewelry tags or that have been worn, damaged or altered are non-refundable and are returned at the customer’s expense.
7. Merchandise that has been worn or sent to you as a replacement/exchange is non-refundable.
8. Sale items that have been discounted are non-refundable.


 
Refunds

Returns will be processed within 5 days of receiving your package. Refunds will be made to your original payment account or in the form of a store credit at your request.
Please note
* If you would like a refund to your designated payment account, please contact a Jeslia representative for authorization.
* The shipping rate before discount will apply and is non-refundable. Even though you may have received free or low cost shipping, we are still required to pay the original shipping cost for each order. Therefore, we do not refund original shipping charges.
* Remote fees are non-refundable and will need to be deducted from your refund when returning an order. We do not refund the remote fees you paid for your order.
Jeslia will refund $10 to the customer as a return shipping fee by way of a store credit in the following cases.
1. the customer receives the wrong item.
2. the item is broken, defective, or incorrectly engraved. (For broken or defective merchandise, the customer must contact Jeslia within 48 hours of receiving the order).
Jeslia will charge a 35% restocking fee for returns of the following items
1. custom 925 silver/10K yellow gold items.
2. custom 925 silver/14K yellow gold items.
3. customized items in 925 Silver/18K Yellow Gold.
4. customized products with moissanite/zirconia/pearls.
5. 35% restocking fee will be charged for each item returned for multiple items (≥3 items) in the same order.


 
Self-service return and exchange instructions

Step 1: Request a Return

Log in and go to “My Orders” on your dashboard and select the item you want to return.

Step 2: Receive a Return Notification Email
After initiating the return process (Step 1), you will receive an email titled “Jeslia Return Progress Notification” within 48 hours. In this email, you will receive further return instructions.

Step 3: Packing and Shipping Your Item
Attach a copy of your return with your order number, full name and email address. Packages should be shipped prepaid via a traceable method.

Step 4: Upload Return Tracking Number
Once the package has been sent back, please remember to log in and upload the return tracking number.

Cancellation Policy

We want your order to be made just the way you want it! Please review your personalization/engraving/special order information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. You are welcome to contact us if you have questions before placing your order.

Generally, all items will be sent into production 180 minutes after we receive the payment. Therefore, any cancellations after that time will incur a 30% material and processing fee.
